Description
After a surprisingly successful first set of captures with the 90mm Mak, I decided to step up my game and inserted a 2x barlow into the imaging train. Previous attempts had failed because of poor tripod stability, but this time with the barlow was much more successful. Notes: The North Temperate Belt is thin. The southern edge is orange while the north is dark. The North Equatorial Belt appears to have a few new rifts. The Equatorial Zone, except for the southern edge, is still orange. The South Equatorial Belt appears to have a dark spot on its northern edge approaching the central meridian. The SEBs is dark compared to the rest of the belt. Oval BA is rising with a stream of dark clouds to its north. The South Polar Red Spot is past the CM.
