The image is derived from raw JunoCam image #06186.

RGB alignment has been obtained by projecting to infinity without considering trajectory or Jupiter shape, but only applying an appropriate camera/spacecraft model.

Colors are weighted to let clouds on Earth appear whitish when applying the same settings to Earth flyby images. The square-root encoded raw colors are stetched with strictly monotic function roughly similar to a square function, in order to enhance contrast. The image is, however, not exactly linearized.

The image is supersampled with 120 pixels per degree, in the sense of a spherical coordinate system with the camera in the center of the sphere.
